Quality: QF2 - fresh,sound knots in diameter till 20-25 mm on one side allowed and black knots 1-2 pieces in diameter till 10-20 mm on the other side allowed, without heart,sapwood not allowed;

3.) Spruce timber/boards for construction -
Quality: fresh and/or AD, allow unlimited sound knots in number and diameter measure and black knots until 25mm in diameter,also allow only suond/health heart - approx. equal with the spruce timber cross section/coloration,ocassional /discret allow the little
discoloration,the edge are clean and parallel.
Air dried(AD) spruce - is the time from wood cut until at the delivery date and to comprise the real transport shipping time at the buyer destination.

The payment modality :
1.) cash at the delivery date or rechargeable irrevocable L/C available with ProCredit Bank- Arad county branch, by payment at sight,against invoice, at the delivery date when the Seller presented at the bank the invoice and CMR or B/L document. Patial shipment allowed,transhipment;
2.) Money transfer modality : SHA
The all expenses for quality inspection remain in the Buyer charge , the qaulity goods inspection of the Buyer specialist delegat or with SGS Romania quality inspector , strict only in the Seller saw mill company (anywhere in Romania).
